Discount codes
By the EJLTeam support team · Updated October 6, 2026
One code per order, tied to the address it was issued to, and they expire.
Enter a code at checkout and the discount is shown before you pay.
The rules
- One code per order. Codes don't stack with each other.
- Tied to you. A code belongs to the address it was issued to.
- They expire. The validity period and any minimum order are shown with the code when you get it.
- No cash value. Codes can't be exchanged for money or credit, and aren't refundable.
- Not transferable. Don't sell, trade or publish a code issued to you.
If a code won't apply
The usual reasons are that it's expired, the order is under the minimum it requires, or another discount is already on the order. Checkout will say which.
A word on fair use
Offers are for customers, and we do take a dim view of attempts to farm them: multiple accounts, disposable addresses, or automated attempts at codes. Doing that risks the account. The detail is in our terms.
Refunds
A refund returns what you actually paid, after the discount. A code used on a refunded order isn't reissued.
