How do loyalty points work?

Where they're offered, you earn on what you spend and redeem against a later order.
Where loyalty is offered, orders earn points, and points can be put towards a later order.
Your balance and its history are in your dashboard.
When they arrive
Points are credited once an order is settled, rather than the moment it's placed.
Redeeming them
Redemption is offered at checkout when you have enough to be worth using. What it takes off is shown before you commit.
Worth knowing
- Points are a goodwill benefit, not money. They have no cash value and can't be transferred or sold.
- Points earned on an order that's later refunded are reversed with it.
- A code and a points redemption don't combine on the same order. Use whichever leaves you better off.
- How points are earned and redeemed may change over time.
