Why can't I order the amount I want?
By the EJLTeam support team · Updated October 6, 2026
Each listing sets its own minimum, maximum and step, based on what we can deliver.
Every listing carries its own rules for how much you can buy at once. They're shown on the listing, and the quantity box won't let you past them.
Why the limits exist
- A minimum because very small amounts cost more to deliver than they're worth.
- A maximum because it reflects what we can deliver for you sensibly in one go.
- A step because some goods only move in fixed sizes.
Want more than the maximum?
Ask us before ordering. Larger amounts are often possible, they just need arranging rather than clicking.
The total updates as you go
The figure on the listing changes with the quantity, so you can see what you're committing to before you go anywhere near payment.
