What details will I be asked for?

By the EJLTeam support team · Updated October 6, 2026

Only what the specific listing needs to deliver, and it's shown before you pay.

It depends entirely on what you're buying, and whatever it is, it's asked for on the listing before you pay rather than after.

Typical examples

  • An in-game ID or character name, so we deliver to the right person
  • A server or region, where the game has them
  • A delivery method, where the game offers a choice: a trade, the auction house, in-game mail, a guild

Each choice asks for what it actually needs. Choosing a guild delivery asks for the guild; choosing a trade asks for the character.

What we will not ask for

We do not need your account password to deliver goods. If anything ever asks you for it in our name, stop and contact support.

Getting it wrong

Details you enter are what we deliver against. If you spot a mistake, say so in your order conversation immediately. Before delivery it's usually a quick fix, after delivery it often isn't.

Still stuck?

Send us the order number and what went wrong. A person reads every request, and most get a reply the same day.
