Unpaid orders are released after a short window so the stock goes back on sale.
An unpaid order holds its stock in reserve. If we held it indefinitely, abandoned checkouts would make everything look sold out.
So an order that isn't paid within a short window is released, and the stock goes back on sale.
Nothing was charged
An expired order never took money. If you see a charge against one, message us with the order number and we'll sort it.
Just order again
The listing will be back on sale. If it's since gone out of stock, tell us. We restock as quickly as we can.
