Why do I need to confirm receipt?
By the EJLTeam support team · Updated October 6, 2026
Confirming closes the order, so check properly before you do.
When we've delivered, we mark the order delivered and ask you to confirm.
Confirming is you saying you have everything. It closes the order and opens the review.
Take your time
Check the amount, check it's on the right character and the right server. If anything is missing or wrong, reply in your order conversation instead of confirming. We'd rather fix it than have you confirm and then find a problem.
If you never confirm
We'll follow up. If you don't come back at all we may close it ourselves after a while, but that's a last resort. Your confirmation is the honest signal, ours is an assumption.
