How does delivery work?

It depends on what you bought.

Instant items

Codes and keys are released to your order page as soon as your payment is confirmed.

Everything else

Currency, boosting and coaching are delivered by a person. When you order, we open a conversation for that order and arrange it there. That's where we'll ask for anything we need and tell you when we're ready.

Each order gets its own conversation, so nothing gets tangled with a previous one.

Delivery methods

Some games offer a choice: face-to-face trade, auction house, in-game mail, a guild. Each asks for what it actually needs, and the listing tells you which are available.

Your order page is the single source of truth for where things stand. It's also where anything delivered to you appears.
