What should I include when I write?

By the EJLTeam support team · Updated October 6, 2026

The order number, what you expected, and what actually happened.

A first message with these in it usually gets a real answer straight back, instead of a request for more information.

  • The order number, if it's about an order
  • What you expected, in your own words
  • What actually happened
  • A screenshot, if there's something to see
  • Your character name, ID or server, if the delivery was in-game

Please don't send

Your game account password, or a payment card number. We don't need either, and we'd only ask you to change them.

One thread per problem

Keeping a problem in one thread means whoever picks it up sees the whole story. Opening a second ticket about the same thing usually slows it down rather than speeding it up.

Still stuck?

Send us the order number and what went wrong. A person reads every request, and most get a reply the same day.
