Getting help
Reaching a person, and what to tell them.
- How do I reach a person?Chat is fastest. Order questions belong on the order itself.
- What should I include when I write? The order number, what you expected, and what actually happened.
- Can I work with you?We take on players who know these games well. Apply from the site.
Still stuck?
Send us the order number and what went wrong. A person reads every request, and most get a reply the same day.
