How do refunds work?

By the EJLTeam support team · Updated October 6, 2026

Request one from your order page. A person reviews it against the delivery record.

Once an order has been delivered and while it's inside its warranty window, you can request a refund from the order page.

Reviewed, not automatic

Every request is read by a person and checked against the record of what was delivered. You're told the outcome and the reason for it either way.

If it's approved

The money goes back the way it came, wherever that route allows it. How long it then takes to show up depends on the provider or the network involved rather than on us. Some methods are returned by arrangement instead, and we'll tell you if yours is one of them.

What's usually covered

  • Something that never arrived inside the window shown at checkout
  • Something that doesn't match what the listing said
  • A service that wasn't carried out as described

What usually isn't

  • Changing your mind after it's been delivered
  • Details you entered that were wrong, such as the wrong ID or the wrong server
  • Something the game's publisher did for reasons outside the order

The full position is in our refund policy, linked from the footer of every page.

Still stuck?

Send us the order number and what went wrong. A person reads every request, and most get a reply the same day.
