Keeping your account safe
By the EJLTeam support team · Updated October 6, 2026
We never ask for your game password, and we never message you first asking for one.
A few things worth knowing, because most account trouble starts outside the shop rather than inside it.
We will never ask for these
- Your game account password. Delivery does not need it.
- A payment made outside the checkout, to a person who contacted you privately.
- Codes sent to you for signing in. Those are yours alone.
Anyone asking for these in our name is not us. Report it and we'll look into it.
Where we talk to you
About an order, in the conversation attached to that order, or from a support ticket you opened. A message arriving anywhere else, claiming to be about your order, deserves suspicion.
Good habits
- A password you use nowhere else
- Where your game or your email offers a second step at sign-in, turn it on
- Don't share your guest order link publicly, it's the key to that order
If you think something's wrong
Change your password and open a ticket straight away. We'd rather look at a false alarm than hear about it late.
