Use whichever options are shown on the sign-in page.
The sign-in page shows the options available to you. Which are offered can change over time, so that page is the current list.
If you signed up one way
Use the same route next time. Signing in a different way with the same address will connect to the same account where we can match it confidently.
Forgotten password
Use the reset link on the sign-in page. If there's an account on that address, a code goes out to it. For your protection the page says the same thing either way, so it can't be used to find out whether an address is registered.
Confirming your email
New accounts confirm their address with a code. If it hasn't arrived, check your spam folder and then ask for a new one from the same page.
